Shortly after dummies of the standard iPhone 16 surfaced, alleged dummies of the iPhone 16 Pro Max have also appeared. The leaked dummies of the new iPhone 16 Pro Max provide insight into both the design and expected colours that will surface during the launch of Apple’s flagship device.
According to X (formerly Twitter) user @sonnydickson, who posted an image of the new iPhone 16 Pro Max dummies, they reveal a new set of colours with minimalist design changes.
New Colour
More obvious in revealing the new line of colours is introducing a new bronze/brown colour, which seems to be the only colour that appears liberal.
The bronze/brown colour stands out significantly from the more generic colours that are expected in the colour lineup of the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which includes white, black and natural titanium. Moreover, the previous generation’s blue colour must be added to these alleged dummies.
Design Changes
The design of the iPhone 16 Pro Max is very reminiscent of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. There are some changes to be aware of, but mainly around the camera placement.
The camera bump looks like a separate glass piece rather than being fused with the rear plate. In addition, the camera lens frame looks a little thicker this year, which could mean upgrades to the cameras.
Unfortunately, no images of the front side of the phone were leaked, which remains an inquiry for any potential changes to the display and front-facing options.
However, with that said, most conclusions assume that Apple will maintain the dynamic island supported for the next generation iPhone unless Apple decides to reinstate the notch.
